Shipping Policy:

We do our best to quote accurate shipping rates, and have implemented real-time integration with the UPS shipping rate system.  However, due to rising oil prices discrepancies in quoted prices vs. actual shipping costs may occur.  If the actual shipping costs for your order differ from the amount quoted, we will contact you for authorization prior to shipment. 

It is best to ship to business addresses in order to ensure that there is a person over 21 years of age available to sign for the order. If the order will be delivered to a climate that has temperatures over 75 degrees or less than 35 degrees, UPS 2nd Day air must be used or insurance will not cover any damage due to the effects of either heat or cold. Any damage to wines resulting from excessive hot or cold temperatures will not be the responsiblity of Village Wines, LLC or myvillagewinesstore.com. Orders will ship within 7 business days of receipt of order.

Village Wines can only ship to authorized purchasers 21 years or older. Adult signature will be required upon receipt of product.

We can ship to consumers in the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, LA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TX, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY

If your state is not listed, we cannot ship to your state.
